BeSmart.net project presentation

In Moscow in «The Ritz-Carlton» hotel passed the presentation of startup BeSmart.net. BeSmart is unique for the Russian market of electronic commerce trading floor, allowing any Internet user to sell and buy educational and cognitive materials.

Key speakers of the project took part in a press briefing: Alexander Knyazev (author of the project), Alexander Vulfovich (the executive director of the project), Maxim Potashev (head of expert council of the project), Natalia Bogorad (creative director BeSmart.net) and Maxim Model (IT-director BeSmart.net).

The Besmart project was developed within the last two years and started in 2013. Founders of the service are sure in its timeliness and quick payback of investment.

Alexander Vulfovich noted that abroad similar platforms exist long ago, but all of them are paid both for sellers and for buyers of an educational content. The main difference of BeSmart is absolutely free placement of materials on a portal. Besides, BeSmart exist elements of the social network that allow users not only to make comments on lessons but also to communicate among each other and organize groups and communities.

Moderators of the service will check each loaded file on compliance to service and law rules. Selection criteria of materials for placement on BeSmart platform will be developed by advisory council of the project led by Maxim Potashev.

Equity funds take up the lion’s share of fund sales in Q3 2013

Equity funds attracted US$6,602.62 million of gross inflows in the third quarter, accounting for 40.6% of the industry gross sales.  This is the first time in this year that it came first in quarterly sales, according to the Hong Kong Investment Funds Association (“HKIFA”).  

The auction cancelled because of typhoon (27.07.2012)

The auction at the Hong Kong stock exchange in the morning on Tuesday, July 24, was cancelled because because of a powerful typhoon, that has fallen upon southeast part of China. About 100 people were wounded. In megalopolis was broken transport messages, schools and medical institutions were closed. At the international airport Chkheklapkok hundreds flights were detained.

The exchange of Hong Kong was closed by Hang Seng Index falling for 4,4% (08.10.2011)

The exchange of Hong Kong was closed by Hang Seng Index  falling for 4,38% - to 16822,15 points (this minimum value for 2,5 years - since May, 2009). The   China Enterprises Index , which settlement base includes the largest companies of China, whose actions bargain in Hong Kong, fell following the results of session by 5,71% - to 8408,26 points.
